The Infrastructures and bridges working group aims to optimize the use of aluminium in infrastructures and engineering structures, notably bridges and footbridges.
Objectives
- Accelerate the installation of aluminium footbridges in Québec;
- Sensitize the industry’s actors to use aluminium in different infrastructures (greenhouses, pylons, etc.)
- Offer training on conception of bridges and footbridges;
- Encourage the development of technical tools.
