En collaboration avec le Comité de main-d'œuvre sectorielle de la métallurgie du Québec et dans le cadre de la stratégie Al-liance Tarifs, cette formation pratique vise à renforcer les capacités de votre entreprise à transformer ses idées en succès commerciaux.

Dans le contexte économique actuel, le processus menant à la commercialisation doit être structuré pour en maximiser le succès. Participez à ces ateliers pour vous doter d'outils et de méthodes vous permettant d'atteindre vos objectifs commerciaux.

Pour qui?

Cette formation s’adresse aux entreprises du secteur de l’aluminium. Chaque entreprise doit inscrire 3 représentants issus de trois fonctions clés :

  • Vente
  • Finance
  • Technique/Ingénierie
Détails de la formation

Formateur : Deloitte
Durée : 7,5 heures (3 séances de 2,5 h)
+ 30 minutes d’accompagnement personnalisé après 100 jours

Sessions :

  1. Définir l’innovation et les enjeux de commercialisation
  2. Proposition de valeur et analyse de marché
  3. Valeur économique et organisation de l’innovation
Modalités de participation

Coût : 500 $ par entreprise

Financement : Jusqu’à 85 % des dépenses couvertes

Remboursement salarial : 25 $/heure
