Cette formation de trois heures s’adresse à un public non expert qui œuvre, de près ou de loin, dans les domaines des structures et du bâtiment et qui désire mieux comprendre le sujet de la corrosion de l’aluminium. Ce matériau est généralement méconnu parce qu’il est peu enseigné par rapport à l’acier et au béton, bien qu’il possède une feuille de route éloquente en matière de résistance à la corrosion. Les sujets sont présentés à l’aide d’études de cas réels.

Notions abordées :

  • Survol des familles d’alliage utilisées dans les domaines de la structure et du bâtiment
  • Survol des traitements de durcissement (laminage et thermique)
  • Les types de corrosion rencontrés dans les domaines d’intérêt et exemples concrets : uniforme, par crevasse, galvanique, filiforme, feuilletante
